A single source of truth for wholesale customers, pricing and orders
NetSuite manages your wholesale customers, price levels, terms and invoicing. Shopify B2B manages the wholesale storefront. This quickstart syncs the data between them so your customers order at their NetSuite pricing and every order goes through your NetSuite approval process.
Seven syncs between NetSuite and Shopify B2B
NetSuite to Shopify
Companies and locations
NetSuite customers and their ship-to addresses create Shopify companies and locations.
NetSuite to Shopify
Price levels
NetSuite price levels create Shopify B2B catalogs, assigned to the right companies.
NetSuite to Shopify
Payment terms
Each customer's NetSuite terms apply at Shopify checkout.
NetSuite to Shopify
Items and inventory
Items, prices and available quantities update in Shopify automatically.
Shopify to NetSuite
Orders and approval
Shopify orders create NetSuite sales orders pending approval, at the customer's price level.
NetSuite to Shopify
Fulfillment and invoicing
Fulfillments mark the Shopify order fulfilled. NetSuite invoices after fulfillment, so freight is billed at actual cost.
Both systems
Daily reconciliation
A daily report compares orders and totals between both systems and lists any exceptions by order number.

FAQ
Is the price fixed? +
Yes. If your requirements are outside the base scope, add-on pricing is confirmed during the free consultation, before the project starts.
Do I need NetSuite Connector (FarApp)? +
Not always. NetSuite Connector and Celigo require a monthly license from the vendor. A direct integration does not. I recommend the lowest-cost option that meets your requirements.
Can wholesale customers pay by credit card? +
Yes, or you can require terms only. Many wholesale stores turn off card payment because freight isn't known until the order ships.
Can you fix an existing integration? +
Yes. The NetSuite Connector rescue quickstart covers diagnosing and fixing an existing integration for $8,950.
What happens after go-live? +
30 days of post-launch support is included. Managed services are available after that.
Who does the work? +
I do.
