A single source of truth for store sales and inventory
NetSuite manages inventory and accounting for every location. Shopify POS runs the register. This quickstart syncs each store sale, return and payment into NetSuite and includes a daily report that compares register totals to NetSuite.
Six syncs between NetSuite and Shopify POS
NetSuite to Shopify
Store location
Your store is mapped to its NetSuite location, so stock and sales post to the right place.
NetSuite to Shopify
Location inventory
Available quantities for the store location update in Shopify every few minutes.
Shopify to NetSuite
Store sales
Every POS sale creates a NetSuite transaction with items, tax, discounts and payment.
Shopify to NetSuite
Returns and exchanges
POS returns and exchanges create the matching NetSuite returns and refunds.
Shopify to NetSuite
Payment types
Cash, card and gift card payments post to the deposit accounts you choose.
Both systems
Daily register reconciliation
A daily report compares register totals to NetSuite by payment type and lists any exceptions.

FAQ
Is the price fixed? +
Yes. If your requirements are outside the base scope, add-on pricing is confirmed during the free consultation, before the project starts.
Do I need NetSuite Connector (FarApp)? +
Not always. NetSuite Connector and Celigo require a monthly license from the vendor. A direct integration does not. I recommend the lowest-cost option that meets your requirements.
How long does each additional store take? +
Additional stores reuse the first store's setup, so most go live within a few days of their access and hardware being ready.
What happens after go-live? +
30 days of post-launch support is included. Managed services are available after that.
Who does the work? +
I do.
