Yes. If your requirements are outside the base scope, add-on pricing is confirmed during the free consultation, before the project starts.
Do our orders need to sync a certain way? +
No. Orders can sync to NetSuite through NetSuite Connector, Celigo or a direct integration. The reconciliation works on top of any of them.
What happens after go-live? +
30 days of post-launch support is included. Managed services are available after that.
